House Plan
Our spacious property is ideally suited for large parties of up to ten people, having four bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom or shower and toilet facilities. The accommodation arrangements at Roches are flexible. Our guests in the past have ranged from a couple needing plenty of space to two families with their children. Alternatively, eight adults can be accommodated in the four bedrooms.
Our pricing policy (see the Reservations page) is based on the number of people occupying the property.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The 'garden room' is on the ground floor. All are double rooms, though the two larger bedrooms on the first floor can be adapted to sleep more. See the plan view on the left.
The laundry room has an automatic washing machine, ironing facilities and a freezer. On the ground floor, as well as the 'garden room' there is storage for pool furniture, a BBQ and toys, a table tennis room and four mountain bikes for our more energetic guests.
